Exchanges
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order to receive the item of your choice. We will refund you once we have received your original item.
Return Policy
You may return items within a few days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. Simply email us and describe the problem, or the reason for return, plus photos of any issue. Please also include your order number in your email.
A returned product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must not have been worn outside or washed and the label should be attached.
We are responsible, or partially responsible, for the following defects providing the item is returned within a few days: stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the product that you received. 
No exchange or return on promotional items.
